Dear Irina

Thank you so much. In the meantime, we have clarified our availability for the meetings as follows:

  1. Tomorrow Tuesday at 9:00 GEO time, 1-hour meeting to discuss the overall scope of the work and go into details regarding the sampling, etc. For this meeting, we suggest only your presence but other colleagues are welcome to join.
  2. Wednesday at 9:00 GEO time, 2-hour training. For this meeting, the presence of all the “data-collectors” will be needed.

In the meantime, may I kindly ask how you would prefer to connect: Skype? Zoom?

If possible, may I call you this afternoon to anticipate some of the topics? What time would be more convenient?

Best regards,

Juan

Dear Irina

Greetings from Copenhagen!  It is great to connect again and to have the possibility to work together to develop this feasibility study.

There are 3 main milestones for this week: 1. To define the study protocol; 2. Based on that, to formalize the contract and 3. To do the training.

Milestones #2 and #3 can be worked in parallel.

In order to move with milestone #1, may I kindly suggest to agree on a first meeting with our expert, Dr Dylan Collins copied in this email, as soon as possible. This could be done in the format of a Skype, Zoom, or telephone conference.  During this conversation we can briefly present the scope of the work and discuss details needed to estimate the budget of the contract.  We can also discuss and agree on the best day of the week for the 3 hour-training that Dylan will deliver to the data collectors.

There is some background material attached, we can briefly present this in hour first meeting.

Can you kindly suggest your availability for the upcoming days?

Thank you and best regards,

Juan

Dear Juan,

Following Silvius email , I would like to connect you with Dr. Irina Karosanidze, Director of the LLC “national Family medicine Training Centre”), (copied here) so that details for APW are discussed with her and it is issued accordingly.

Training Centre is in the system as Supplier and I attached the form to find them with name.

Dr Irina Karosanidze will coordinate the work and together with her 4 English speaking experts will work on the task. You met many of them.

Can you please send more information about volume of work,  range of funds to be considered) and any documents you can share to Irina (cc me) , such as draft APW, TOR, Financial Statement ) at your earliest convenience  (so that she can calculate all costs for to be back with budget in time)

Hopefully early next week online training could be possible for the whole team and they can start ASAP.

Since experienced experts speak English and make it possible to save time/ money on translation, I hope required data still could be collected in time.

Best regards Rusiko
