Strategic health planning is a vital policy priority for sustainable development in any context.
This programme will examine the international,
national and local pressures on health systems as well as the importance of strategy in the development of efficient,
affordable and equitable health structures.
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Improve their ability to develop,
construct and implement strategic plans in the health sector
- Analyse influences on policy from multiple actors
- Develop knowledge of key health topics and innovations of international importance
- Utilise techniques of health financing,
low-cost planning and strategic health partnerships
The programme will be held in Westminster,
close to London's most iconic buildings,
including the Houses of Parliament.
