Dear Irma,

As you are well aware of the integrated screening for TB, HIV and Hep C remains the top priority for the ministry. Despite significant positive development in the regions which initiated the integrated screening last year, the ministry found out that limited access to IT infrastructure by village family physicians and nurses limit their ability to access digital information modules for data entry and analyses. It is also almost impossible for them to easily obtain programmatic updates and access guidelines posted on e-Media in all three directions.

May I kindly ask if there can be any possibility within the ongoing Global Fund grant to support procurement of IT equipment (laptops) for village doctors? The estimated need is over 500 units. Any assistance from the GF side to cover at least some part of this need would be highly appreciated.

We would be happy to discuss additional details as needed.

Look forward to hearing from you.
