It is to follow up on my previous message on the home based days.
Considering the current situation regarding the coronavirus pandemic, in my message of 11 March 2020 I proposed/requested remote/home-based work temporarily.
In accordance with the message below, Sofreco discussed the approval of home-based days with the EU Delegation. To get the home-based working days approved by the EUD I kindly request you to confirm my proposal for home-based work.
Regarding the work plan for this period, please consider the following.
Between 2-10 March 2020, I prepared the Concept Note for an EU funded Action in Health Development in Georgia (it can be considered as the first draft of an Action Document). The document was sent to the Ministry of Health and the EU Delegation
on 10 March 2020. The document was prepared considering the national health strategy, therefore the concept note is aligned with the national health strategy.
The strategy is being prepared in accordance with previous discussions as well as the outline proposed in the presentation given at the first meeting of the UHC Board in December 2019. While preparing the strategy, I also consider further discussions with key
stakeholders and review strategic/policy documents.
As proposed/requested, I would use the home-based working days in March/April 2020 for drafting/developing the strategy. According to the timeline presented in December, the draft national health strategy would be available in May 2020. I currently also prepare
a policy dialogue matrix for the further discussion (and development) of the strategy.
Considering the above mentioned, can you please confirm my home-based work in order to request of approval of these inputs by the EU Delegation.
Thank you for your consideration. Your cooperation and support would be appreciated very much.
