It was great to meet you in Tblisi, I am very impressed by the progresses Georgia is making in such a short time!

As I mentioned you I would be very interested in studying the quality of care provided in Georgian hospitals and how it will change after the introduction of DRG system. In particular,  would like to use Georgian data on hospital discharge to analyse patients' choice of hospital care and possibly publish high quality papers with you. What do you think? The only thing I would need is to have access to hospital discharge data and then I can provide you with monhlty updates of the data analysis.
