Thank you for the notice. I assume most of required data is collected at least one week before the round table, so Keti and I have a window to review them, and provide feedback to the guest invited to the round table.

I see the outcome of the round table as follows:

“Key stakeholders have better understanding about Health Accounts and their role in their production”.

I propose the following agenda for your consideration:

1. Present and discuss the concept of HA account as a expenditure tracking exercise that generates evidence for informed policy-making (Presentation – 10 min, discussion <20 min)
2. Present approaches to data collection, and processing, the role of state institutions in data supply (Presentation 10 min, discussion < 20)
3. Next steps for the HA methodology revision and expected inputs from public agencies (presentation < 5min, < 20).

As to the participants, I believe we have to invite decision-makes from all public agencie indicated in the inventory of data shared a couple of weeks ago.

Keti and I had a chance to discuss these issues and I am sure she can provide you exhaustive answers to your questions.

Katy has mentioned to me that you’ve asked about the tentative date. Late February would be fine with us. მინდოდა ორიოდე მომენტის დაზუსტება:

ა) მონაცემების ჩამონათვალი გრძელია. მეთოდოლოგიის განახლების შემდებ სია ბევრად უფრო კომპაქტური იქნება. ამ ეტაპზე ჩვენ გვჭირდება შევადაროთ რამდენიმე ალტერნატიული წყაროდან მონაცემები, რომ ჩამოვყალიბდეთ, რომელს გამოვიყენებთ მომავალში.

ბ) მონაცემები გაფერადებულია:

	·        მიუთითებს იმაზე, რომ ამ მონაცემების შეგროვება არსებულია პრაქტიკაა (ანუ, როცა სამინისტრო გამოითხოვს, არავის უნდა გაუკვირდეს).
	·        მიუთითებს იმაზე, რომ მონაცემები ახალია და უმნიშვნელოვანესია ახალ მეთოდოლოგიაზე გადასასვლელად

 

ქეთიმ უკვე შეაგროვა 2018 წლის მონაცემების ნაწილი (მაგალითად, სახელმწიფო სტატისტიკის სამსახურიდან), მაგრამ უმეტესობა მისაღებია.

მეთოდოლოგიაზე მუშაობის დასაწყებად ყველა მონაცემის შეგროვება აუცილებელი არაა - საკმარისია მივიღოთ ძირითადი მონაცემები (ბოლო სვეტშია მითითებული) და მწვანედ გაფერადებული.

საჭიროებისამებრ, დეტალებს ქეთი მოგაწვდის, და ჩემთან დაკავშირება ელფოსტით ნებისმიერ დროს შეგიძლია.
