Dear Niko,

About a year ago we shared with you the Implementation Completion Report (ICR) for the Programmatic Inclusive Growth DPO1 and DPO2 which assessed the series delivered in FY2015 and FY2017.

As you may already know, ICRs are also reviewed by the World Bank’s Independent Evaluation Group (IEG). The IEG review is an independent, desk-based, critical validation of the evidence, content, narrative and ratings included in the ICR.

Attached for your review is the draft IEG ICR Review for the above-mentioned DPO series. The IEG evaluation ratings of the ICR is modest. The IEG report will become public on March 23, 2020. Therefore, we would welcome comments you and your colleagues copied to this email may have on the IEG review report, preferably by March 17, 2020 to allow some time for the reviewer to reflect.

Please let us know in case you need any additional information.

Best regards,

Mariam
