1.       Procurement Post Reviews (PPRs) are normally carried out by the World Bank. The Borrower (means, you and your team) shall retain all documentation with respect to each contract during the Project implementation and up to two years after the closing date of the Loan Agreement.

 2.       This documentation would include, but not be limited to: 

a.        the signed original of the contract and all attachments (e.g. ToR),

b.        the original proposals, CVs, cover letter, etc

c.        the technical evaluation report and the combined evaluation report,

d.       the recommendation for award, and

e.       the payment invoices or certificates for examination by the Bank or by its consultants/auditors. Maddalena asked to share with the WB team the contract prior to requesting or making any payments. So that, I would recommend to share the contract once you have it.

As for the timelines (უბრალოდ დროში წარმოდგენა რომ გქონდეს):

1.       Advertisement on Jobs. Ge – 14 calendar days. It is better to give potential applicants two weeks. მერე შარი რომ არ მოგდონ, ძალიან ცოტა დრო იყო მოცემულიო, etc. 

3.       Contract award – 1 day.
