Dear Laura,

thank you for an update on the project report approval and kind reminder on the open issues. 

Regarding our next mission we would like to infrom you that we are not comming in the dates indicated in the project fishe (1-10.02), since we have just recently received the contact persons from the ministry who will be in charge of the project.

 

So, we plan to contact dr. Eka and Mr. Gia this week to disscuss the working plan for the next mission according to their priorities and availabilities. We will keep you updated on this correspondence and let you know agreed dates and working plan for the next mission.

 

Additionally we will provide you with the TS and VAT number, by the end of this week.

I hope that you both had a good start of the New Year.

 

I am writing to you because the dates for next mission are around the corner and I have not received your request for flights. As you may remember, the dates were 1-10 February (10 working days each), so I was wondering if this was still fine for you. Given that 1st February is a Saturday, you may prefer to start on Monday 3rd February and finish on 12th February, provided that the EUD accepts that you work Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th February.

 

On another note, I am pleased to inform you that the Inception Report has been approved.

 

As well, I urgently need your signed timesheets. Our colleagues at PROMAN need them for their financial control of the project, and as you may remember Nika was also very keen on having them all signed before your departure after last mission.

 

Last but not least, did you manage to get information about the VAT issue? If you cannot get the VAT number, is it possible for you to send us some sort of justification? So far you have not invoiced us for any expense or fee, and we are of course very eager to start paying you for your work.
