გიგზავნით დღევანდელი სკაიპ ქოლის დასკვნებს და სამომავლო შეთანხმებებს:

 

·         The grouper is integrated in case registration system

·         The cases of 2018 have been grouped with batch-grouper and the analysis of the results is in progress

·         The validation of error DRGs (ungroupable, DRG 470) needs special attention.

·         The data quality controls described in Data quality methodology paper might help in detecting the data quality issues which are not detected by the grouper.

·         Maia will send the report of validation to Triin and Kristiina to be able to see the raw data of the error cases and detect the reasons for erroneous grouping (by the end of week 16).

·         Following documents will be sent to Triin and Kristiina by the end of week 18:

o   job description of SSA staff

o   revised DRG implementation plan

o   roadmap for piloting

·         Next Skype call is scheduled on Tuesday, 7 of May, at 9:30 (Georgian time) where we discuss the draft documents, the content of the next mission (scheduled  15-17 May) etc.

Dear Mariana,

 

Thanks everyone attending the call today.

Here is the summary of next steps we discussed and agreed on:

·         Data quality methodology paper can be finalized. Final version will be shared with DRG WG asap

·         SSA to create the list of procedures and diagnosis needed for the data quality controls.

·         SSA IT specialist to implement the changes needed for data quality controls

·         Kristiina to provide framework for coding guideline by mid April

·         Batch grouper has been implemented within SSA electronic system already and will be used for grouping

·         SSA to start to prepare the data for grouping (data from 2018)  and share with Triin and Kristiina for double check

·         SSA to group the data (retrospective grouping)

·         SSA to conduct analysis and discuss and share the results for further comments if needed

·         In parallel, IT specialist work with integration of grouper into SSA system to be able to group the cases online

·         Piloting can start only when the grouping results are available

·         Roadmap for piloting will be developed after grouping and data analysis.

·         DRG implementation plan will be revised after grouping and data analysis

·         Job descriptions will be send within one week.

 

Next Skype is scheduled on 16 April (need to be confirmed ca one week before the call. Meanwhile communication via email or ad hoc Skype call.
