It is fine with us.

Please include the responsible persons for the HRM unit in your Ministry, since my colleagues will participate.

It would be more convenient after a short general meeting to have bilateral meetings with the policy planning, monitoring and coordination and strategic planning units as well as with the HRM units. Additionally, with units dealing with Accountability, if you have.

My name is Evangelos Bountalis and I am the Team Leader of the EU financed TA "Support to the PAR in Georgia".

I am contacting you in order to kindly ask for a meeting as soon as possible, since our deadline for the Inception Report is approaching (13th of March). Bear in mind that your Ministry is a pilot Ministry and according to our ToR we will appoint a NKE for you.
