Dear Colleagues,

 

I trust you are well.

 

I would like to kindly inform you that we are planning to have a Steward International work group visit to Georgia see all 6 hospitals as well as have meeting with various parties involved in the project.

 

The visit is planned to take place from May 6 till May 10.

 

Our preliminary schedule is following:

  1. May 6 and May 7 - Tbilisi
    1. Meeting with Director of Social Service Agency
    2. Meeting with head of PPP agency (if PPP will be relevant for our project)
    3. Site visit of hospitals located in Tbilisi (republican, oncology and children hospitals)
    4. Meetings and discussions with the chief doctors of the above hospitals.
  1. May 8 and May 9 - West Georgia
    1. Sitie visit of Batumi, Sachkhere and Zugdidi Hospitals
    2. Meetings with the Chief Doctors of these hospitals
  1. May 10
    1. Summary meetings in Tbilisi.

 

Please let me know if such schedule will suit you. 

 

Also please let us know if you believe there are some other parties that we need to meet as well to have some more information on these hospitals.
