The Learning Network for Countries in Transition (LNCT) would like to formally invite a delegation from Georgia to attend a LNCT workshop on Immunization and National Health Insurance on July 2^nd, 2019 in Tangerang City, Indonesia. This workshop will precede LNCT’s network-wide meeting on July 3-5th 2019. A formal letter of invitation with additional details on the event is attached.

The invitation for the network-wide meeting you should have already received requested your nomination of four delegates.  For this workshop on Immunization and National Health Insurance (NHI), we kindly request that you nominate one additional delegate to attend.  We would like to request this delegate be a senior official in NHI or an official overseeing design of NHI. This delegate would be invited to stay through Thursday, July 4 in order to participate in a visit to the NHI administration agency of Indonesia.

Invitation to this workshop has been limited to a select group of countries, and to further maximize its usefulness for the participants, we are also limiting the number of attendees from each country.  In addition to the NHI delegated mentioned above, we are inviting three other members of your network-wide meeting delegation to attend the NHI workshop.  We recommend the delegation attending the NHI workshop include the following confirmed delegates: 1) Ministry of Health, EPI Manager or Deputy Manager; 2) MOH, senior level official responsible for EPI; 3) Ministry of Finance, liaison with health sector.

To confirm your country’s participation, we kindly request you nominate one additional delegate to join the NHI workshop and identify the three confirmed network-wide meeting delegates that will also attend. Please respond with the names, titles, and e-mail addresses of the four delegates attending the NHI workshop and CC them in your reply.

Travel and accommodation will be arranged by Results for Development for those attending the NHI workshop to arrive in time to attend both meetings. Confirmed delegates will receive an e-mail asking them to fill out a travel survey and send us a scan of their passport. Delegates will only fill the survey out once.  Network Coordinators will provide copies of hotel reservations and more logistical information closer to the event.

In the interest of ensuring we are able to secure the needed travel arrangements, we ask you kindly provide nominations for your country’s delegation no later than Friday, May 10^th.
