Reminder on the endline survey on the implementation of the European

child and adolescent health strategy 2015-2020

Dear Dr. Silviu Domente,

We hope this email finds you well. We are currently in the process of producing a final report on the status of child and adolescent health in WHO European Region, as requested by the Regional Committee. In order to do this, we have sent out a survey to your country in November 2019 and requested they provide their answers by January 6^th 2020.  As we are looking through our records, we seem to be missing data from your country, and would like to ask you to help in receiving it.

Reminder on the endline survey on the implementation of the European

child and adolescent health strategy 2015-2020

Dear Ms Gabunia,

We would like to follow up on the letter sent to you in November 2019 regarding the above-mentioned endline survey. As we are looking through our records, we seem to be missing data from your country, and would like to ask you to provide it.

As mentioned in the cover letter, the results of the survey will be used to produce a final report to be presented at the Regional Committee’s 70^th session about the status of child and adolescent health in the WHO European Region. We are therefore interested in achieving a complete coverage of all Member States. We would like to ask that you please submit your answers to the survey as soon as possible, so it can be included in the analysis. The survey can be access at
