Dear Tamar,

Following our discussions and in line with EU Delegation request, we are organizing another public online presentation of the BI Study – this time mostly for development/donor agencies, embassies and journalists.

I attach the draft Press release and Concept for the event, that is going to take place tomorrow, at 15:00.

We would appreciate if anybody from the ministry participates in the event, and also if we get a quote from the Ministry, to be included in the Press release.

I understand however this is a very short notice (sorry, it took long to coordinate the text internally and with EU Delegation) and also the ministry participated in previous presentation.

But maybe at least to have a quote in the Press release that will be circulated broadly.
