In order to develop equipment lists and assess their cost I would need some additional information, if possible:

1.  Four hospitals have been identified by the MoH. I am assuming that Central Republican in Tbilisi, Rukhi Hospital, and Republican in Batumi are general hospitals and Infectious Diseases in Tbilisi is only focused on infectious diseases. Correct?
2. For each hospital, is a list of existing wards/departments/services available? (e.g.: cardiology, neurology, surgery, general medicine, obs&gyn, radiology, laboratory, central sterilization, etc.).
3. Do these hospitals already have Intensive Care Units? If so, how many ICU beds each hospital? Are there plans to increase the number of ICU beds?
4. Do these hospitals already have a pulmonary diseases department?
5. I suppose that not all devices already installed will have to be replaced with new ones. Could we have from the MoH the list of devices in good conditions that the hospitals want to keep?
6. The proper diagnosis of Covid-19 includes some specific laboratory techniques (e.g.: real-time PCR). Is laboratory/technical staff familiar with this technique available in all four hospitals?
7. What's the total number of doctors and nurses in each hospital? How many (%) of these are planned to be used for Covid-19 response?
8. I don't see any reference to Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) in the MoH document (e.g.: masks, gloves, gowns, goggles, etc.) which, according to the international experience, play a fundamental role in preventing the spread of the virus and in preserving the health of doctors and nurses. Should this equipment included in the estimate, even though it is not related directly to hospital equipment?
