Please find it attached in this mail. we kindly request your assistance in reviewing the attached document. The document contains info about the available  medical assistance for asylum-seekers, refugees, humanitarian status holders and stateless persons, based on the publicly available information related to the Georgian universal healthcare system to which these persons are entitled to.

We would very much appreciate your feed-back on the document, as we want to make sure that it contains valid information before being translated and shared with those in need of understanding how the Georgian medical system works, in order to ease their access to obtain Medical Form №100 as well as subsequent medical assistance. We would be grateful to receive any comments or recommendations you may have.
