Subject: UHC-DRG
Dear Ms Goginashvili, dear Ms Maglakelidze,
Please, be informed that we would need your assistance in preparing certain data for the next mission(s) on UHC. The issue has been raised by Triin and discussed with Dr Nino Berdzuli and Ms Sopo Belkania.
Attached you can find the Terms of Reference; as this represents substantial additional work for you, we agreed that it would be fair to provide you certain incentives, as we expect that you will need to work outside your working hours to be able to complete the task. Hopefully you will agree to work on the above issue.
Dr Berdzuli in her capacity of deputy minister and national counterpart for strategic collaboration with WHO, as well as Sopo Belkania in her capacity of coordinator of the UHC-related work within the ministry, agreed with the above.
We kindly ask you to submit the Supplier form (attached) so we can enter you both in our system, or check your data in case you are in our system already.
We will raise the Agreement for Performance of Work with each of you individually.
Triin may contact you shortly after this email to provide further details/guidance, if applicable.
Giorgi and Irina from our country office will start the administrative/managerial procedure.
Thank you and best regards,
Marijan Ivanusa
