ბატონო ნიკა, იქნებ თქვენი გამოცდილებიდან შეაჯეროთ ქეთისთან და თენგოსთან, მე სრულად ვენდობი ამ ჯგუფის გადაწყვეტილებას.

Dear Marina,

As we were informed by our colleague from Tallinn office, there is a hotel that she can recommend: Nordic Hotels Forum, forum@nordichotels.eu, www.nordichotels.eu .They should ask for WHO prices.

Alternatively, she can recommend this one too:

https://www.parkinn.com/hotel-centraltallinn

WHO CO EST do not have a contract with them at the moment because their policy changed (they have a requirement of minimum nights that is beyond our needs). CO EST recommends superior rooms.

Could you please forward this information for delegation members so they can proceed with booking.

Thank you and best regards, Irina

Dear Mariana,

Please find revised agenda which is agreed with Estonian Health Insurance Fund and East-Tallinn Central Hospital.

There will be no need for additional registrations and I’ll be around (best is to meet in the hotel on Wednesday and we go together to the fund) and take care of logistics during a day.

Let’s wait WHO Estonian Country Office’s hotel recommendations and then you can decide if any of those is suitable for you.

Best,

Triin

Dear Mariana,

I can confirm that the addresses of Prodacapo and NCC are correct.
The distance between two venues is ca 7 km. Prodacapo's office is closer to the airport and NCC's one to the center. However, NCC's office is still ca 4-5 km from ferry terminal and city center.
Since the meetings with NCC and Prodacapo are in different days it doesn't make big difference probably.
Once they have booked the hotel in Helsinki I can provide some guidance, if needed, regarding the logistics on how to get from the airport to hotel and from hotel to Prodacapo and NCC offices and from NCC office to ferry terminal.

Thanks,
Kristiina

As for the Helsinki Georgian delegation will book the hotel according to the official addresses of the Prodacapo (address: Osmontie 34, FI-00610 Helsinki ) and NCC (address: Paciuksenkatu 19 00270 Helsinki) Kristiina would you be so kind to confirm if the addresses are correct?

Dear Mariana,
Thank you for sharing the draft agenda!

Some recommendations regarding agenda:

1. Meeting with Prodacapo is now 2hours (probably you have agreed with them) but it might be good to have at least one additional hour if you want to learn a bit more about different products.

2. Meeting with Martti is now planned to start at 12pm and most probably 3h are enough. This would enable you to catch 4:30pm ferry. Later options are 7:30pm and 9:40pm which might be too late.

3. In Estonia we have agreed that in Wednesday it is possible to start 9am in the insurance fund and to be there until 1pm. And then continue in the hospital 2pm.
On Thursday it is possible to be full day in the insurance fund (9am-4pm) if there is no conflict with departure time. We listed many topics and time will be well spent.

I’ll contact to the Estonian counterparts to specify the agenda after getting your confirmation on time allocations.

Best,
Triin

Dear Mariana,

Just wanted to check if you have been able make a progress with the study visit planning? If this is still in agenda then it would be important to move forward with agenda etc.
