Kristiina and I will have a meeting on 30.10.2018 before the noon with people working with our new programme.  Therefore we need to move the meeting with your to afternoon.

I saw that have reserved time till 17:00 hours for the meeting. I expect that 2-3 hours is probably enough but I will reserve time 12-16 for meeting with you.
