Hello!
Attached a table of ICD-10 diagnosis texts to be included in VisualDRG.
- At the beginning of the table there are new diagnoses (from new NCC’s def tables) w/o text: yellow. Refer to issue #2 in attachment of memo today.
- Then you’ll have ATC codes in orange. Note that translating ATC codes is not that important, they do not affect DRG in this version. Technically they are included in diagnoses table in NordDRG.
See attachment issue #1 in the memo for details.
- At the end of the table the previously translated diagnoses are included
To-do:
- At least add the missing texts marked in yellow, and in orange, if you wish
- You may edit existing text to fix typos etc. as required.
- You can sort the table by code, if you wish to (those are displayed anyhow in VisualDRG sorted by codes, this is just a working table)
- Do not change technical formatting, do not include line breaks in the Georgian texts! Do not change codes.
- Then send the file including
all changed and unchanged rows back to us.
- We’ll update it to VisualDRG.
Best regards,
Jussi

è Agreed:
#1 and #2: Prodacapo sends
a full list of all current ICD codes and their Georgian translations, including also the ATC codes (issue #1 in document) and new missing other codes (#2 in the document), as an Excel file in another mail.
