Thank-you for yesterdays’ meeting and Your presentation. The presentation and discussions were very beneficial and informative for us. Attached agenda extended with material presented yesterday.

We’ll send to You next:

- a revised version of contract proposal taking into account the latest comments at the beginning of the contract and then send it to you.

- information about erroneously grouped primary diagnosis and error cases, when test grouping your test data set, after we have analyzed it a little more.

- files needed for translation of ICD and NCSP selection “trees” from English to Georgian for VisualDRG. Those are not part of DRG definition table set.

From You we wait then:

- you should ask and decide if we can include the Latvian DRG weight table in VisualDRG setup kit. Technically it’s possible but we need permission, from Latvia, via Martti or then directly.

- decide if You wish to re-produce the test data file. Having empty positions for procedures is not an error and doesn’t affect output DRGs, but it looks a little funny in VisualDRG. Of course, if it’s on purpose and it has some information value, it can be kept as-is. Also technical changes for ICD codes are needed: remote . and * characters. We have done that but if you re-produce the file, then please do this, for avoiding repeated manual work.
