Subject: WHO UHCP DRG mission on February 19-20

 Dear Mariana,

 

Please find attached the scope and purpose for the upcoming DRG mission on February 19-20. 

 

We also suggest some preparatory homework for the DRG WG:

1.   Review and add proposals for amendments to the DRG implementation plan by Feb 15. File attached.

2.   Draft roadmap for the pilot. Roadmap can follow the outline of the implementation plan but its primary focus is to use it for the communication with piloting hospitals and to agree joint work-plan with them. DRG WG can prepare this in Georgian and to share us by Feb 8 which leaves us enough time for translations. 

3.   Review the DRG price calculation methodology and reply to the questions in the document by Feb 15. File attached.

 4.  Draft job descriptions for the SSA staff becoming responsible for DRG implementation. DRG WG can prepare this in Georgian and to share us by Feb 8.
