Thank you for sharing the files and analytical document! We’ll review the document and questions below before the mission and then we can discuss those during Wednesday’s meeting. 

We may use Thursday (if there is no meeting with piloting providers) to look jointly the 2018 data, especially focusing on potential piloting hospitals. This would help you to prepare for the meeting with them in June when we are not around. 

To use time efficiently, it would be good if SSA could prepare some summary tables of 2018 DRG data for our discussion:

1. Piloting hospitals (separately) and Georgian average by MDC and DRG groups: average cost per case, average length of stay and number of cases. They can also include all hospitals and just highlighting potential piloting ones. 

Please let us know if xls template would be useful or it is self explanatory.

2. Piloting hospitals (separately) and Georgian average indicators based on the DRG feedback report framework prepared last year (attached file). They can choose most relevant/important indicators based on their judgement.
