Thank you for your prompt reply, Per your request I’ve made the changes in the agenda and reduced the meeting time to 1 hour, It was confirmed by the Deputy Minister Mrs. Lagvilava that Acting head of SSA –Mr. Modebadze together with SPS WG members will introduce the SSA vision and potential structure.

Thank you for the draft agenda.

 

When we prepared the scope and purpose for the mission, we were not aware of the changes in the management of the SSA. Therefore, probably there is no need for 2 hour meeting on Monday to update deputy minister as Mrs Maia Lagvilava has been involved and briefed. Maybe we can reduce the meeting time to 1 hour and discuss practical matters and your plans regarding strategy?

 

Also, we have 3 hour meeting to discuss the SSA structure. The plan was that the head of the SSA will introduce the vision and plans as we already provided our version of potential structure during the last mission. And then we can discuss how we could provide support. Would that be possible/feasible in the current changed situation or we should modify initial plan?
