Dear Colleagues, 

In the days since we shared the model projecting COVID-19, we have received many offers to support the project by providing local data related to the pandemic and health systems responses. We are grateful for your offers to share your expertise during this time.   

As COVID-19 continues to impact our local and global communities, we are reaching out to you with a request to share information on social distancing policies in your country via this short form. This form includes a series of specific questions about which social distancing measure have been enacted in your country. Providing reports on these policies through this form will enable IHME to expand the COVID-19 projection work to an increasing number of locations.  

If social distancing policies vary across subnational units in your country, please submit this form first for the national level, and then submit the form for each subnational location where you have policy information and sources. These social distancing policies will help inform IHME’s COVID-19 projections. As reference, we are using New Zealand’s four-level COVID-19 alert system to classify social distancing policies.
