Thank you very much for our fruitful discussions two weeks ago. As we had announced , we are organizing a mission of our experts from Paris in order to launch the discussions on our possible future program, they would be ready to come on the 3^rd of October. On this topic , we have sent a letter to Ms. Vice minister Tamar Gabunia in order for the Ministry to confirm the willingness and availability to receive the mission.

In order to brainstorm together on the future activities and future matrix , we would be very grateful if our experts could meet you during several working meetings of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours per topic and we therefore suggest the following approach :

-          1 working meeting with Ms. Barkalaia and Ms. Jinjolava (disability and children in street situation)

-          1 working meeting with Ms. Goginashvili (efficiency of healthcare system, mental health, IHR implementation, COVID19 response)

-          1 working meeting with Mr. Tsotskolauri, Mr. Simonishvili and Mr. Peikrishvili (IDPs and eco-migrants).

Therefore, could each division please come back to us with its availabilities for a meeting on Monday 5^th , Tuesday 6^th  or Wednesday 7^th October ?
