Further to our recent information regarding the change of the process of this year’s GAM (see below), we would like to kindly ask you to nevertheless personally register for the meeting on our website. If you have registered already, please ignore this message.
We definitely need your registration to be able to assess the number of participants in the teleconferencing sessions – and to send you the relevant links to individual sessions.
In particular, we would like to know on whom we can count for the Closed Session on Tuesday 20 October and the various sessions on Tuesday-Wednesday 20-21 October.
May we kindly ask you to make your registration by Tuesday 6 October the latest, i.e. two weeks in advance of the meeting. Please register here:

Subject: General Assembly Meeting 2020 of the European Centre: Change of the Process
Dear Members of the Board,
Given the recent developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and continued travel restrictions, we had to decide, in line with most other organisations and event organisers, to change the format of the planned General Assembly Meeting (GAM) of the European Centre.
The GAM will still be held on 20-21 October of this year, but as a strictly virtual meeting, with online presentations and communication via teleconferencing (zoom) only.
On behalf of all staff I must underline our deep regret that it will not be possible to meet in person for this year’s General Assembly Meeting.
We shall keep you informed about the final format and agenda of the meeting and send you the links to individual sessions in due time.
