მაიკო, ასევე, გიგზავნით მათ მიერ მოწოდებულ ცხრილს, როგორც მეილშიც არის მითითებული 806 დოლარიც გადახდილი გვაქვს თუმცა დანიშნულება გაურკვეველია.

Dear Ekaterine,

Thank you for your telephone call.  I summarized in the table below the amounts we’ve received from 2014 to 2018 including their applications to identify where the difference between our records are coming from.  Your records show that Georgia’s outstanding  balance is USD4,640 while our records show USD3,841.  The only difference is USD806 that we received on 21 August 2017 which we applied towards AC.  I’ve highligted the said receipt below.  Could you please confirm that this indeed was payment for AC?  Please disregard the USD7 difference (USD4,647 per WHO - USD4,640 per Georgia) as this relates to UBS bank charge that we will write off.

Many thanks and best regards,

Gilda
