The CEF and Slovak Ministry of Finance Jointly Support Public Accounting
The CEF and the Slovak Ministry of Finance Successfully Cooperate in Development Projects in South East Europe. The Ministry provides funding of the Public Accountants Certification Program project through UNDP Partnership for Results in the International Development Cooperation, Public Finance for Development Program. CEF and IMF FAD: Synergies between Learning Events and Technical Assistance
The CEF currently hosts two IMF Fiscal Affairs Department (FAD) technical assistance advisors, covering public financial management and revenue administration. FAD advisors are funded by the EU-financed program to support economic governance and public finance management in six pre-accession countries:

Partnering With the Dutch Ministry of Finance
The Dutch Ministry of Finance is one of the CEF’s most important partners in delivering our learning program in tax policy and administration and auditing.
Working with the CEF is a key part of their outreach to transition countries. In turn, the partnership has allowed us to expand our course offerings and deepen their quality. Dutch experts frequently serve as guest lecturers at learning events. With Federal Foreign Office of Germany We Support Montenegrin Public Officials
We implement internationally recognized professional qualification program Training and Certification of Internal Auditors in the Public Sector
(TIAPS). Its curriculum focuses on public sector internal audit systems and responds to the requirements of the EU accession processes. TIAPS program in Montenegro has been since 2012 co-funded by German Stability Pact for South East Europe.
