XXII World Congress Digital Meeting
COVID-19 and OSH

You are invited to attend the XXII World Congress Digital Meeting that will take place virtually on 5⁠–⁠6 October 2020. The COVID-19 and OSH Special Sessions will apply a pandemic lens to Occupational Safety Health (OSH), highlighting workplace innovations, future of work and culture of prevention.

The event is hosted by the International Organizing Committee of the XXII World Congress on Safety and Health at Work and offers plenary and parallel break-out sessions. The International Social Security Association (ISSA) is organising the following sessions for its members:

• 5 October 2020, Vision Zero in Motion
  The ISSA will host a session presenting the new Vision Zero Training Programme and the new Vision Zero Proactive Leading Indicators. The session will be interpreted simultaneously into English, French, German and Spanish.
  
  
• 6 October 2020, Global Forum for Work Injury Insurance
  The ISSA Technical Commission on Insurance against Employment Accidents and Occupational Diseases invites occupational accident insurance institutions to the Global Forum for Work Injury Insurance, hosted by the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation. Simultaneous interpretation will be offered in English and Russian.
  
  
• 6 October 2020, Special session of the International Media Festival for Prevention (IMFP)
  The ISSA and its international prevention sections for Electricity, Gas and Water and for Information on Prevention will host a special session of the IMFP. It will highlight the promotion of successful prevention work through outstanding creative multimedia initiatives, providing a fascinating glimpse into the various ways different cultures approach occupational safety and health.

Please join us, without a registration fee, in October for two half-day events focusing on COVID-19 and OSH, where international thought leaders will examine the role of prevention in shaping the future world of work in light of the pandemic.
