Dear TC Health members,

I hope this email finds you, and your dear ones, safe and healthy.

As of today, October 1^st, 2020, Nathalie De Wulf is joining the ISSA Secretariat and she will be coordinating the TC Health.

Here is a short summary of her professional experience:

Nathalie De Wulf served as Managing Director of the European Healthcare Fraud and Corruption Network (EHFCN) and Expert International Affairs at the Medical Evaluation and Inspection Department (SECM) of the National Institute for Health and Disability Insurance, Belgium (NIHDI). She also served a Vice-chair of the Technical Commission on Medical Care and Sickness Insurance at the International Social Security Association (ISSA) since July 2016. After a Master in International Criminal Law (Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), she obtained a Master in Public Management (AMS Antwerpen). Nathalie has gained over 20 years of experience in an international environment, working i.a. at NIHDI in the Legal Department (Brussels, Belgium), at Interpol (Lyon, France), at the Permanent Representation of Belgium to the United Nations (New York, USA) and at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) (Paris, France).

I would like to also take the opportunity to thank each of you for your active and key participation in establishing the work plan of the commission, especially during the most algid point of these challenging times.

I will remain at the ISSA working on other projects, and hopefully will see you another time (in person, hopefully).
