Dear Volkan,

My name is Ashley Galloway and I am the operations manager at Commander Health Supply. We are in preparation to air ship the vented goggles that Georgia ordered through the World Bank Procurement Program. DHL, our shipping partner, has requested the following information:

1) Consignee telephone / mobile number. This will be the phone number the shipper will contact when the goods arrive and are ready for delivery.

2) Full street address for delivery including postal code.

I am adding our shipping contacts at DHL to this email in case they require further information beyond these two points. Kindly keep me in copy for any correspondence. Thank you for the assistance.

Best regards,

Ashley Galloway

Dear Volkan,

Thank you for your assistance. In addition to the email sent by Ms. Nino Kvernadze please kindly be noted that we have internal consultations with end users of the goods  and based on their recommendation, we prefer to choose the second option and wait for goggles with venting, as it is described in the contract.

In this regard we kindly ask to update us with a new delivery schedule.

Best,

Nino

Dear Volkan, Greetings.

Many thanks for your email. We are pleased to hear that googles are ready for delivery to Georgia.

As for the question addressed, the delivery of goods should be made in accordance with the contract, namely CC7 and the Schedule 1. As per contract, the delivery destination of goods is Tbilisi International Airport. Please note that the payment condition is 100% on shipment, meaning that the Company should  send all relevant documents (listed in CC7) as soon as shipment will be done.

They can notify us prior to the shipment, in order to ensure timely hand-over of goods from the Airport.

Hope this information helps.
All best,

Dear Nino,

Commander Health Supply company informed us that the goods are ready for air freight to Georgia. I think they are waiting the Government to confirm which option is preferred.

Best,

To Giorgi Tsotskolauri, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of the country of Georgia:

Dear Mr. Tsotskolauri,

I wanted to update you on the status of your order for 54,000 goggles. The order has been manufactured, passed all SGS inspections, and is ready to ship. Upon final inspection, the goggles we manufactured are not vented. Commander Health’s clients have generally opted to purchase goggles without vents so as to prevent SARS-CoV2 virus particles from entering the eyes, and that is what we produced. However, the product description in the contract is for goggles with “venting to avoid fogging”.

Kindly accept our apology, and we will extend a 10% discount on the order for this discrepancy. ($3.33 CIP to $3.00 CIP)

To recap: Proceed to accept the goggles without vents at the discounted price which are ready to ship or the other option is that we remanufacture the goggles with vents. Please confirm which option you would like to take.

Thank You,
