This will also be an occasion to look at how the COVID-19 crisis has reinforced the importance of nurses and care staff, as well as online services for the most vulnerable groups, where telecare has become vital for people with reduced mobility because of their health status or confinement restrictions. - What characteristics of mutual benefit societies have been most relevant to a successful provision of services in the context of the pandemic?
