Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing the way social security institutions are delivering their services. From the automation of internal processes to direct interaction with the public, how can institutions concretely take the most advantage of this new technology?
In collaboration with the Polish Social Insurance Institution, the ISSA European Network (IEN) is organizing this webinar to discuss the potential and opportunities of artificial intelligence for social security institutions, but also to look at the risks and challenges. Another important aspect will be to discuss how social security institutions can create a favourable environment to allow for the successful implementation of adequate and efficient AI solutions.
