Herewith I would like to mention that the translation budget line has been increased on the expenses of the saving from Y1. We are envisaging more need for translation services during country dialogue to ensure that all efforts are done for meaningful participation of CSOs and key affected populations in all processes. In case of your pre approval of the provided costed work plan, we will go for CCM endorsement if required.

I know you are on top of everything, just a gentle reminder to submit the annual expenditure and performance evaluation reporting. CCM Secretariat can regularly download reporting templates from our Website [nam11.safelinks.protection.outlook.com].
- Please submit Costed Work Plan Year 2 (1 March 2021 to 28 February 2022) before 25 February 2021. You can use the Master Funding Table attached for this or download template in English
- Kindly also submit Year 1 (1 March 2020 to 28 February 2021) reporting documents (attached) before 31st March 2021:
a. Expenditure report Y1; excel is attached for you to complete;
b. Performance evaluation Y1, excel is attached: Evaluation is based on the Performance Framework included in the Agreement. This assessment will highlight the overall performance of the CCM and its Secretariat during Year 1, in line with the performance-based CCM funding model. We would like to remind you that, as per Indicator 1 (CCM Secretariat’s evaluation), the Secretariat has to be evaluated each year by the CCM members. CCMs are free to define their own methodology for the assessment: what is important for us is to see that the results of the assessment are discussed during a CCM meeting.
