In January 2018 performed following activities related IT direction.
Requirements for Elim C & Screening Database Modification.
- For every positive HCV test resulted patient, Blood banks, Hospitals and ambulatories has to send blood samples to NCDC Lugar Center for confirmatory testing. It was decided register confirmatory answers in screening database but same time data should be linked with Elim c treatment database.
- Was identified exact requirements and logic how to perform expected work to answer policy requirements. It is planned to modify Screening database and in parallel write different web services to exchange information between two systems in realtime mode. After final approval from MoLHSA both systems will be modified in February
Data Cleaning and Reporting
- CDC & NCDC IT teams are working together to clean the data. Prepared unified depersonalised SQL database of Elim C, Stop C, E health & Screening database for the period of C Hepatitis programme start till end of January
- Were updated Data Mapping file
- Prepared/incorporated requirements from different stakeholders regarding potential analytical reports.
- Prepared methodology to create analytical reports
- Started process of Dashboard connection to analytical database
