Dear Dr Adamia,

Greeting from World Health Organization!

This e-mail comes to you from the WHO Mental Health Atlas Team. Thank you once again for your important contribution to the WHO Mental Health Atlas 2017. Without your commitment, our efforts to characterize the mental health system resources of all WHO Member States and Associated Territories would not be possible. This new forthcoming edition of Mental Health Atlas, to be published in 2018, carries new importance because it is providing information on the progress towards the objectives and targets of the Comprehensive Mental Health Action Plan 2013-2020.

Please find attached a draft version of your country profile. Please review it and kindly provide any feedback by the 12th of January 2018.

Please note that we identified the following data related issues for which we are kindly requesting your review/completion:
Question 5.2: in 2014 reported 28 psychologists but in 2017 reported 92.
Question 7: questions for forensic units, community residential facilities, other outpatient facilities are incomplete. Numbers of visits for outpatient facilities are also incomplete.
Question 8: table data are not disaggregated by diagnosis.
Question 9.1 and 9.2 are incomplete.
Question 12:
questions about disaggregated data are incomplete. Question 2h is incomplete.

Special note on filling Question 8 regarding service utilization: the information included in the six cells (item 8.1) is related to the number of treated patients by diagnosis and by setting of care. This information is particularly important for assessing the treated prevalence and the coverage of your mental health system; we would therefore kindly request you to review your data sources in order to fill any incomplete cells. Please ensure you specify correctly the total number of service users and not the total number of visits. Please specify if some variables are not collected at national level, but at regional level or in pilot sites.

Kindly note that if we do not hear from you by 12th of January 2018, we will assume that no corrections are needed and we will publish the data that you have provided to us. A blank questionnaire is attached for easy reference. Feedback should be provided by text in an email.

Again, thank you for your collaboration and contribution to this important project.

Best wishes,

Mental Health Atlas Team
