As we can see, we did not receive your response (except Iro Evlampidou) on the doodle provided in the letter of Alina Kryshchuk regarding the online meeting of the Sonar Global regional hub.

We understand the full engagement of all our partners in COVID-19 response in your countries and also we understand that the summer time is the time to have a rest despite the situation.

That`s why we decided to move the meeting to September and propose you the new doodle in order to define  the exact date of meeting. Doodle is available here   https://doodle.com/poll/uet4h5fi42ciw53x  

I kindly ask you to provide us with suitable dates of the meeting  till July 22.

In parallel we will ask SoNAR Global project leader to sign the official letter to your institutions regarding the participation in the meeting.

I am writing in connection with SoNAR Global meeting which we planned to organize in Kyiv on April, 7-8. Unfortunately, the organization of meeting in Kyiv is still impossible due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

 

But we would like to inform you that we are planning to organize an online meeting in August and we would much appreciate if you could confirm your availability to participate in this online meeting.

Тема: POSTPONE OF SONAR GLOBALL MEETING IN UKRAINE

 

Dear colleagues,

 

thank you for your feedbacks regarding the possibility to participate SoNAR Global meeting in Kyiv on April, 7-8.

 

Finaly, all international partners informed about their unavailability due to institutional travel restrictions or/and involvement in COVID-19 respond.

 

We fullty understand the situation and your hard work in order to prevent COVID-19 dissemination and despite our readiness to conduct the meeting we decided to postpone it.

 

Now we cannot provide you with certainl dates of the meeting (we internally discussed May, 19-20), that`s why we will inform you at the end of April about the possible dates  taking to account the development of the situation with COVID-19.

 

We will be glady to meet you in Kyiv soon!
