Dear Irina,
Firstly apologies for the slow reply. Please find attached the word version of the MoU, this is substantially the same as the previously signed MoU. I’m also attached the word version of the the terms of reference for the CoE (pages 3-8 of the previous MoU), although hopefully there is not significant changes needed in this.
We would be happy to receive any comments and suggested revisions from the Ministry. once we have agreement on the draft the final version will be subject to approval from the EILF Board prior to signing.
Thanks very much for the support and let me know if there are additional questions.
Best Wishes,Henry

Dear Dr Adamia,
I hope you and your team are all well, I imagine it has been a challenging time for you all in the Ministry.
I am a Programme Manager for the EASL International Liver Foundation (EILF). You may be aware that EILF and the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs had a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focused on the national viral hepatitis programme and the formation of the world’s first EILF Centre of Excellence on Viral Hepatitis (attached). This MoU expired on April 12th of this year.
EILF remains committed to supporting national efforts on viral hepatitis elimination in Georgia and we continue to work closely with partners including the National Centres for Disease Control and Public Health and Health Research Union. We would therefore welcome the opportunity to renew the MoU with the Ministry as we continue to support the essential work being done to eliminate viral hepatitis in Georgia.
If the Ministry are in agreement with renewing the MoU I can share a draft for your review and input. Alternately if you have a preferred process we are flexible on how to proceed.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Wishes,Henry
