Subject: Meeting - Covid 19 Vaccine
Dear Liana,
I would like to talk to the appropriate person in the Georgian Government about our global approach for Covid-10 vaccine access and to discuss your views on the ‘self-financing’ facility of COVAX.
2. I would like to explain the supportive role the UK is play––––ing in the development phase and how by gathering views of other countries and partners we can support Gavi and CEPI in ensuring we get a model that works for all with wide participation.
3. I would be grateful if you could put me in touch with the appropriate person to discuss policy on COVID-19 vaccines. I will be available from Tuesday 25 August for the meeting.
Kind regards
Jim
