1. Entered a wrong value or the value is missing? Use the cogwheel next to the field to clear the value or add a missing value

2. If you are adding data for adverse events or repeated measures, navigate to the Reports tab or use the Add report button to create a report.

3. After the data entry is completed, you can sign and lock the form.
