Dear Dr. Zaza and Dr. Amiran,
Thanks so much for the meeting today and for all your support of the initiative. I had a quick discussion with Morgan, and per her advice, I am writing this email to make sure we all are on the same page. BMJ expects the 2020-2022 extension to be based on the sustainment plan shared with you on June 7th, that we received formal agreement from you on August 13th. (both documents are attached to this email for your convenience). Per these documents, access to the Georgian version will be available until December 2020. Access to Georgian version in 2021-2022 depends on securing additional funds (specifically the remaining 25% of the contract price; 218,738 USD). Please share if you have other information or your expectations are different.
As the template of MoU is changed, BMJ legal team will need time to review, so we will appreciate sharing the draft at your earliest convenience.
Thanks again for all your support.
We look forward to continued collaboration.
Best regards,

Dear Dr. Zaza and Dr. Amiran,
I hope you are both doing well.
Following the National Working Group meeting held on 15 April, BMJ conducted two focus group discussions with private sector clinics to find out more about their interest in sustaining the CDS Training Initiative and revisited the sustainability plan. Please find attached a letter summarizing the revised sustainability plan and an analysis of the focus group discussions.
Please let us know if you would like any further information.
Many thanks,
Morgan
