Dear Tamar,
I hope this email finds you well!
As I mentioned in our previous conversation, we have a trust fund to implement technical assistance activities in the South Caucasus countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia). The activities cover strategic purchasing, public financial management, selective contracting etc. Depending on country needs, we can make changes to the proposed activities as well.
Since our team will be in Moldova next week, I am wondering if we can organize a mission to Tbilisi following week (the week of November 18) to start working on these topics. Please let me know whether the week of November 18 would be suitable for you.
Best regards,
Volkan
