Dear Maia,

 

as mentioned on Friday, the issue is the following:

 

-       DHL: I sent the attached documents on Friday, April 3 via DHL to Georgia (Tracking Number: 7972518326 - https://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html?AWB=7972518326&brand=DHL). Due to the lock-down regulations in Georgia, it was not possible for DHL to deliever the package so far, hopefully it will be delivered during this week.

-       Electronic signature: due to regulations in Austria, I have no possibility during lock-down to apply for it until begining of May.

 

What I need is the following:

 

-       Signed & stamped contract by scan.

-       Contract number to provide you with the invoice (for now we just have proforma invoice attached).

 

My sugestion: Until the package with original papers will be delievered in Georgia – or until I can apply and get my electronic signature, please print out the attached scan of agreement and send me a counter-signed scan so I can provide it to my partners & officials in Austria. On our side we anyways just need a scaned version of the signed contract and on your side you will get for sure original hard papers as soon as boarders are reopened for logistics (I can not imagine that the boarders will stay closed for logistics).

 

Please let me know if we can proceed like that and if the Ministry is able to conclude contract & payment until Wednesday, April 15, thank you very much!

p.s.: I also attached our suggestion for the acceptance act (I have it just in English & Russian), in case you need it. As I understood from the contract, we need to provide this document. In case you have your own version, please feel free to provide whenever it is needed.
