As per our conversation over the phone,  I am sharing with you the draft Amendment N1 on the contract COVID19/G/DC-10.

Modification refers to Clause 2. Purchaser,  Purchaser’s Country,  Project Site/Final Destination, and consignee on behalf of the Purchaser will be  LEPL “Health Center for Disease Control and Public Center”  (NCDC).

Please provide the signed version of the Amendment N1 as early as possible.

Considering the modification mentioned above, the Delivery-Acceptance Act and Inspection Act has to be signed between NCDC and the supplier accordingly.

Please take into consideration that we corrected one position:  KingFisher Deepwell 96 Plate, V-bottom, polypropylene, case of 50 plates (it was case of 60 plates), the package consists of 50 plates not 60. We also increased our supply capacity of first two shipments (please see delivery schedule).
