Dear Ms. Nikoleishvili,
Many thanks for your letter dated May 4, 2020. The Bank has reviewed provided information and justified proposed prices for the emergency goods.
Based on the information provided, the Bank has no objection to proceed with the direct procurement of Critical Care Ventilators and COVID-19 Rapid Diagnostic Kits with proposed contractors.
In regard to the Portable Ventilators, please, submit more detailed price adequacy analysis for Bank’s review. All subsequent documents related to the procurement of the above goods shall be uploaded in STEP after obtaining an access to
the system and make it available for the post review to be conducted.
Please, forward a copy of the signed Contracts to the Bank prior to requesting or making any payments under this Contracts.
