Please, find the enclosed amended contract and kindly ask you to add the requested information. Since from your side the party of this contract will be joint venture, we kindly ask you to sign the joint venture agreement on behalf of the authorized representatives from Biogene and Greenlab and notarially approve.

Please, accept our apologies for requesting additional commitments but since green lab registered the tests and the supplier is Biogene there is no other solution.

As agreed, I am sending contract provided by the World Bank for purchasing coronavirus diagnostic rapid tests.

Please, complete the paragraphs in green. Also, the contract includes one page “Manufacturer’s Authorization” which should be also completed and signed by the manufacturer.
