Dear Tamar,

I hope this email finds you well!

As I briefly mentioned to you before, we are organizing a study tour to South Korea between February 10^th to 14^th, 2020.  Please find attached draft agenda.

We would like to invite you and Minister Tikaridze to join us for the study tour.  However, if you are not available, could you please nominate colleagues who could benefit most from this study tour? We can take 5 colleagues from Georgia. All travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by us. It would be great if you provide the names by the end of this week (November 1^st, 2019), so that we can make travel arrangements. If needed, we can also send an official invitation letter.
