Dear Tea,Dear Tamar,I wanted to write this group e-mail to finalize the creation of our work group in regards to the Healthcare Project that we are working on together.Just to reiterate the group members are:
- Mrs. Tamar Gabunia - representing Ministry of Health (MOH)
- Mrs. Tea Giorgadze - representing Partnership Fund
- Mr Ivan Poprocky - representing Steward International
- Mr. Rati Ghvamberia - representing Steward International
This work group will work in the next couple of month to perform the detailed analysis of the state hospitals, which MOH would like to include in the project and assist Steward International in formulating strategic development plan for these hospitals as per requirements of MOH.At this first stage it would be most beneficial to have a meeting with head of the Social Service Agency so to better understand the details of various programs as well as the statistical data that they have.Furthermore Steward International is planning a 5 day trip to Tbilisi, beginning of May to do a site visits of all the hospitals, better understand their current state, meet chief medical officers and other parties who could provide some useful information.Please let me know your thoughts and comments.Looking forward to working with you.Kind regards,Rati Ghvamberia
